Do I pay on arrival or departure?

For all our guests, we take payment on arrival. If you prefer to pay on departure, and charge extras to your room, a pre-authorisation will be taken on a credit card, at check -in. This will then be finalised on check-out.

Can I arrive before my check-in time to use The Country Club?

Guests, staying at La Mon Hotel & Country Club, can enjoy the Country Club facilities from 2pm, prior to check-in at 4pm.

How can I make a special request, regarding my stay?

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If you were to cancel, after this time, you would be fully charged, for your stay. Please be aware that some bookings require a deposit, or pre-payment, which are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

Can I be supplied with a cot or crib for a room when I travel with children?

I am having trouble making a booking online

Car Parking

Does La Mon have an on-site car park?

Yes. We have extensive free parking, for all our guests.

Do you have disabled parking available?

Yes. Parking spaces, closest to the hotel entrance, are reserved for guests with mobility difficulties.

 

Lost Property

What if I have forgotten an item at the Hotel?

If you have forgotten an item, please call the reception team directly by phone, on +44 (0)28 9044 8631, with any information that may assist us in locating it. Useful information would include: the date of departure, room number, and where you suspect you may have left the item. 

 

Hotel Facilities 

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

Wi-Fi is available, within the hotel, and is free of charge for guests. The Wi-Fi password will be provided on check-in.

Are pets permitted in the hotel?

Only guide dogs are permitted, within La Mon Hotel & Country Club.

Are smoking rooms available in the hotel?

La Mon Hotel & Country Club is a non-smoking building. There is a smoking area located outside, at the front of the hotel.

What are the Country Club opening times?

La Mon Country Club opening times:

Monday-Thursday 7am-9pm

Friday: 7am-8pm

Saturday & Sunday:  8am-8pm

As a guest do I have full access to La Mon Country Club? 

All guests have access to La Mon Country Club. If you plan to enjoy the swimming pool, we require a swim cap to be worn.

 

Bedroom Facilities

Does the hotel offer family, or interconnecting, guestrooms?

Family Rooms are available to accommodate three guests (with a double bed & single bed) or four guests (with a double bed & two single beds). Our Deluxe Family Rooms can accommodate up to five guests. We also offer Standard and Deluxe adjoining rooms.
