BALANCE

Yoga- improve flexibility, increase range of motion and build resilience, strength and stamina in this free-flowing de-stress.

Pilates- strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility with low-impact exercises.

Zumba- a fun mix of low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 

MODERATE

Trim & Tone- a fantastic calorie burning workout, great for those who want to get fit and raise their stamina with aerobic exercise.

Reshape - have fun while reshaping areas you don't like and building the areas you want, in a fun and encouraging environment.

Aqua - using water resistance, you will get a good low-impact cardiovascular workout.

 

INTENSE

Strength - using gym equipment we will build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, burn calories.

Spin- a high intensity and enjoyable workout that gets you motivated and the endorphins flowing.
