Aqua Aerobics - Using water resistance, you will get a good low-impact cardiovascular workout.

Pilates- Strengthen muscles and improving postural alignment with low-impact exercises.

Yoga- Improve flexibility, increase range of motion and lower stress in this free-flowing class.

Yogic Breathing - A 45-minute class to help you find clarity through a wide range of breathing techniques.

 

MODERATE

Body Active - Stay strong and mobile with this 30-minute full-body workout that will get your pulse gently racing.

Step-ercise - A step-based aerobic workout suitable for a mix or abilities in a welcoming and social experience.

Trim & Tone - A fantastic calorie burning workout, great for those who want to get fit and raise their stamina with aerobic exercise.

Zumba- A fun mix of low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 

INTENSE

Cardio & Core - Designed to burn calories and strengthen your core. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Hybrid Basics - Interval training using functional exercises and running.

Spin - A high energy cycling workout that gets you motivated and the endorphins flowing.

Strength - Using gym equipment we will build strength, tone muscle, shed fat and burn calories.
