How can I become a member?

La Mon Country Club offers a range of membership packages to fit your lifestyle. Whether you want to join as an individual, family, or couple, we have a range of memberships to suit you. Our team can help find the best membership and offer a free day pass, so you can try our Country Club facilities before you sign-up.

Do you offer Fitness classes?

Yes, La Mon fitness studio hosts 20+ fitness classes a week. Free for all members, they include Pilates, Yoga, Spin class, Circuits and much more. Please pre-book your fitness class by calling The Country Club Team:

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class commences

Do you have personal trainers and how much would a personal training session cost?

Yes, at La Mon Country Club we have a range of qualified personal trainers, depending on your fitness goals.  Sessions start at £30 per hour. Our Country Club team can discuss more details, directly:

Do you need to wear a swim cap in the pool?

Yes, to ensure your health and safety we require all guests and members to wear a swim-cap. If you forget to bring a one, the Country Club team sell caps for £2.50.

What changing facilities are available at La Mon Country Club?

To ensure your comfort and privacy, our changing rooms offer lockers (which operate with a pound coin, which is returned after use), showers, toilet, hairdryers, and baby changing facilities. If you have any further queries, please contact the Country Club team directly:
