Festive Terms & Conditions

Christmas Party Night & New Year’s Eve: 

£15 per guest is required within 7 days of booking a Christmas Party & full balance is required 4 weeks after deposit payment.

£20 per guest is required within 7 days of booking New Year’s Eve Gala Party Night & full balance is required 4 weeks after deposit payment.

We will try our best to accommodate your request for an increase in party numbers, subject to availability.

Parties are seated at either one large table or at adjacent tables.

Entertainment acts are correct at time of printing. La Mon Hotel & Country Club cannot be held responsible for events outside their control resulting in any change to the named entertainment. 

Meal times for party nights shall be advised at time of booking.

Festive & Boxing Day Carvery:

A deposit of £10 per guest is required at time of booking. Full payment is required 14 days in advance.

If you need to cancel, your full payment can be refunded up to 48 hrs prior. However deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

Children’s prices refer to 12 years old & under. Children under 3 year old are complimentary. 

Festive Lunch & Dinner:

A deposit of £5 per guest is required at time of booking for parties of more than 5 people. 

Accommodation: 

Accommodation rates are subject to availability and may change with the level of business.

Christmas Party Night rates are only available to guests attending the Christmas Party.  To make a booking a non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required at the time of booking. Deposits are transferable up until 48 hours prior to arrival.

New Year's Eve Gala Accommodation Rates are only available to guests attending the Gala Evening.  To make a booking a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person (bed & breakfast) or £50 per person (package) at the time of booking.  Deposits are transferable up until 48 hours prior to arrival.

A credit card number and expiry date will be required to guarantee all reservations, a pre-authorisation will be required on check in.

Alcohol not purchased on the hotel premises is prohibited.  If bottles are found in your room a corkage charge of £5 per bottle/can will be charged.

In the unlikely event that any damages may occur the named guests will be held responsible.  Damage charges will be applied based on the cost of the damage occurred. Smoking in rooms will result in a charge of £200.

Gift Vouchers: 

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in exchange for accommodation, food & beverage and Country Club purchases at La Mon Hotel & Country Club.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for new gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at La Mon Hair Studio, Odessi Health & Beauty or Pure Physio At La Mon.

Gift vouchers will not be exchanged for cash, nor will any change be given. 

Gift vouchers can be exchanged for purchase of a higher price and the difference paid. If you do not use all the value on this card in a transaction, the remaining balance will be left on the card. No change will be given.

Gift voucher packages are only applicable to the offer stated on the voucher and are

non-transferable.

There is no expiry date on monetary gift vouchers from the date of purchase.

Lost vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Deposits:

Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable from 48 hours prior to the event date.
