Family Fun Classes:
We are now running fun and exciting new fitness classes at La Mon Country Club for children aged between 4-9 years. The classes are designed to encourage fitness through physical activity and the use of mini cardio equipment which are FUN and INCLUSIVE. At La Mon we want to educate children as to why a healthy lifestyle is important and create body awareness and knowledge of healthy lifestyle benefits in later life.
